You can register for ISD 2023 by filling out the form at https://www.congressospco.abreu.pt/ISD2023-40245.aspx

Conference fees
Conference fees are in Euro (EUR). The conference fees for ISD 2023 are as follows:

AIS members and participants affiliated to INESC institutes (i.e., INESC-ID, INOV, INESC MN, INESC Coimbra, INESC TEC) and Instituto Superior Técnico benefit from a discount of 100 EUR. The discount is not cumulative (i.e., an IST employee who is also an AIS member will not get a double discount), and this is not applicable to additional papers.
To diversify participation, one author should not register as presenter for more than 3 papers, regardless of their type.
Registration details
Each paper must be presented by a registered participant (“presenting author”). Presenting authors do not have early or late registration, they must register by the specified dates, indicating the papers they plan to present.
Multiple authors of a paper
If more authors of the same paper attend the conference, the additional authors will register as non-presenting participants, with a discounted rate and having an option for late registration.
Authors with multiple papers
Only papers presented by a registered presenting author will be included in the conference program.
Each regular (full or short) paper of the same presenting author will require a full fee.
There is a limit of no more than three presentations for a presenting author, regardless of the paper category.
Are you an AIS member?
As an affiliated conference of the Association for Information Systems, all academic and student registrants to the ISD 2023 conference are encouraged to join AIS if they are not already members. In addition to receiving a discount on registration for this conference, AIS members receive many benefits throughout the year. Cancellation and refund policy
Presenting authors cannot cancel their registration, but they can delegate it to a co-author taking over their role.
Non-presenting participants can cancel their registration no later than July 25th, with a cost of 50 EUR due to administrative work.
In case a registration must be transferred from one author to a co-author or in case of a cancellation request, please write to us at madalena.almeida@abreu.pt. However, please note that papers not presented in the conference will be removed from the proceedings. The conference allows for the possibility of transferring a registration to a co-author if a registered author becomes unavailable.
